Terms and Conditions for Donations

1. General Information

By making a donation to Rotary House, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Rotary House is a Texas Non-Profit Corporation operating as a registered 501(c)(3) organization under the Rotary Club of The Woodlands Foundation. Donations made through this form are designated solely for the use and benefit of Rotary House and its mission to provide free temporary housing for patients and their families in need.

2. Use of Donations

All donations are used to fund the operational expenses of Rotary House, including but not limited to housing costs, utilities, maintenance, and essential amenities for our guests. We are committed to responsibly allocating all funds to fulfill our mission and provide a safe, welcoming environment for those in need.

3. Tax-Deductible Contributions

Rotary House is a tax-exempt organization under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Your donation may be tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law. Donors are encouraged to consult their tax advisor for specific guidance. A donation receipt will be provided for tax purposes upon request.

4. Refund Policy

Donations made to Rotary House are considered final and non-refundable, as they are immediately allocated to our housing and support services. If a donation was made in error or an issue arises, please contact us at jeffearly@sbcglobal.net within seven (7) days of the transaction for assistance.

5. Payment Processing & Security

Online donations are processed securely through our payment provider. By submitting your payment information, you represent and warrant that:

• You are authorized to use the payment method provided.
• The donation amount is correct.
• You understand that unauthorized transactions may be subject to legal action.

Rotary House does not store credit card or payment information.

6. Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy. Personal and payment information provided during the donation process will only be used for processing your donation and providing necessary tax documentation. We do not sell, share, or distribute donor information without consent, except as required by law.

7. Changes to These Terms

Rotary House reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately upon publication.
