To begin the process, contact the Social Worker at your hospital. They will help determine if you are eligible for a stay at Rotary House The Woodlands and guide you through the application.
The Social Worker will submit your application directly to the Rotary House Eligibility Committee for review. It is important to understand that applications cannot be submitted directly to Rotary House; they must go through the Social Worker at your hospital.
To check the availability of suites, the Social Worker can use the Contact Form provided below to reach out to Rotary House. If no suites are available at the time, the Social Worker may request to place you on our waiting list.
The Eligibility Committee will carefully evaluate your application. In reviewing your application, the committee will consider the following factors:

Once approved, the patient and/or family contact will be contacted by a member of the Hospitality Committee to arrange a time for occupancy to begin.
Upon arrival, we meet guests on-site for a facility tour and provide information about local amenities, including faith communities, parks, local shopping centers and entertainment options. Our goal is to ensure a smooth, comfortable stay that promotes healing.
A member of our Hospitality Committee will check in weekly to assist with any ongoing or special needs.
